Managing Stress Course for Carers

Come and join us for four sessions to look at how to manage stress and anxiety.
Life can be stressful. When you are caring it can cause additional stress and anxiety which can be difficult to manage, and doing so over a long period of time could lead to “burnout.” These sessions will support you to make small changes to your routine, helping you to maintain your caring role whilst looking after yourself.
The sessions will run every week between 10.30am – 12pm on Zoom on Wednesday 13 April, 20 April, 27 April and 4 May.
