Do you have any questions about your caring role?
Would you like to see a friendly face who “gets it”?
Come and see our team at their stall in Salford Royal Hospital (Hope Building) – pick up some goodies and have a chat.
If you have any questions about what a Carer’s Assessment is and how to get one, or what support there is for carers, our lovely staff are here with information, advice and guidance.
Whether you’re visiting a loved one in hospital, or you’re local to the area, come and say hi. We’re here to support you in your caring role. No need to book, just turn up!
*A carer is anyone who cares, unwaged, for a family member, partner, friend, or neighbour, who due to illness, disability, frailty, a mental health condition, substance use, or addiction, cannot cope without their support. (This includes people receiving/eligible to receive Carer’s Allowance, Carer’s Personal Budget etc.)
