About this group

The course aims to teach what resilience and mental health are, as well as teaching tips and techniques to manage and boost resilience and wellbeing. The course runs for an hour each week for 4 weeks and there are up to 10 young people on each course. Please note, to access this service, you will need to attend a drop-in appointment first.
