About this group
The course consists of one 60-minute session a week for 4 weeks. The groups have capacity for up to 8 young people with one practitioner. There are both junior and senior group courses to ensure that young people are working with others their own age. The course explores triggers, symptoms and coping strategies to help manage feelings of anger in an effective and productive way through activities and discussion. Emphasis is put on sharing experiences and exploring alternatives together in a non-judgemental environment to learn and reflect with the help of a practitioner. Please note, to access this course you will need to attend a drop-in appointment first.
