In March 2023, our Advocacy team were awarded the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark (QPM) from the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi).
Gaddum provides statutory health and social care advocacy in Manchester. Achieving the QPM is confirmation that Gaddum is providing the gold standard of advocacy; the very best.
To gain the Mark, the team went through a rigorous assessment, a review of all policies and a site visit from the assessors who met with both the advocates and the people they support.
Of particular note from the findings was how impressive the Advocacy team are in terms of equality and diversity, and also their very supportive leadership team.
In their report, the NDTi assessor remarked
“Gaddum has a strong approach to equity and diversity, and this was very much evidenced through partnership working with a range of organisations, including around culturally appropriate advocacy.”
