“Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am a social work student completing my final placement within Gaddum Advocacy.
Recent research (Pride Matters survey, conducted by Pride In London 2018) has shown that gay women are almost twice as unlikely to be out in the workplace as gay male colleagues.
I got engaged to my girlfriend Isobel on my first week of placement and I was grateful to be placed within a service that celebrates inclusivity and diversity. The team at Gaddum allowed for me feel confident, happy and safe to share this big milestone and celebrate with them.”
