Get creative, keep your hands busy and take some time out this Carers Week at The Big Life Group‘s wellbeing fair. There will be arts and crafts, planting, gardening, holistic therapy taster sessions (such as head and hand massages) and more.
There will be information stalls from a variety of local organisations, such as, Salford CVS, Ordsall Community Arts, HealthWatch Salford, and Greater Manchester Doulas. Have a browse of some products by local businesses.
Refreshments will be for sale at St Sebastian’s Community Café. The event is free, no need to book, just drop by.
