Join us for a Come for a Cuppa – Carers Week Special, a relaxed and friendly session celebrating the incredible contribution of carers. This is a lovely chance to take a break, enjoy good company, and connect with others who understand the caring journey.
We’ll have plenty of time for chatting, socialising, and enjoying some well‑deserved downtime, with refreshments provided. There may even be a few extra treats to mark the occasion!
Also, the Health Improvement Team will be on hand to do mini health checks if this is something you would like (not compulsary) it will cover heart rate, blood pressure and a lifestyle review.
