About this group

Teaches a range of life skills that are based on a CBT-based approach. You’ll learn how to: understand why you feel as you do; choose activities that improve wellbeing; identify behaviours that make you feel worse; identify and combat negative thinking styles; boost self-esteem and confidence. A 12 hour course, spread over 6 weekly 2 hour session.
