About this group
A practical evidence based programme for parents about the positive parenting of adolescents (aged 11 to 16), focusing on effective communication, problem solving and building positive relationships, as well as reducing conflict and behaviour difficulties. This programme is currently delivered virtually using Zoom and runs for 8 weeks, 2 hours per week.
