This relaxed session is the perfect chance for carers of all writing levels to explore kindness through words — whether that’s a poem, a short story, a reflection, or simply a few thoughtful lines.

We’ll guide you through fun prompts and simple techniques to spark your creativity, all within a friendly and supportive space. No experience is needed — just bring yourself and an openness to try something new.

Participants will also have the exciting opportunity to have their work featured in our Carers Week exhibition in June, shining a light on the everyday kindness that carers bring to the world.
