Urgent help and support

Gaddum’s therapy services are here for you if you are struggling with your mental health and are proven to be effective in supporting recovery. However, we know that sometimes people need more urgent or specialised help, so we have provided a list of some great organisations who can provide immediate help and support if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Free support from dementia specialist Admiral Nurses. The Helpline is open from 9am – 9pm Monday – Friday, and 9am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

A helpline providing support and advice to people aged over 50 worried about their drinking, and their concerned loved ones.
