Refer for an Advocate

Gaddum have trained and experienced Advocates who give you a voice when you need to be heard.

All our Advocacy services are free and confidential.

You can make referrals to our statutory Advocacy services by following one of these links and finding the yellow “Make a referral” button:

Care Act Advocacy (CAA)

Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA)

Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)

Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)

If you don’t think you’re entitled to statutory Advocacy, you can refer yourself or someone you know here:

Self Referral Form

For more information about each type of Advocacy, including Self Advocacy, browse the links under the Advocacy tab at the top of the page.

Our Advocates will review your referral and see what Advocacy services we can provide you with. Please note, we provide Advocacy to people resident in Manchester only.

If you’d like some help or advice, please send me an email to advocacy@gaddum.org.uk, or you can speak to one of my team by calling 0161 834 6069.
