This relaxed session is the perfect chance for carers of all writing levels to explore experiences through words — whether that’s a poem\, a short story\, a reflection\, or simply a few thoughtful lines. \nWe’ll guide you through fun prompts and simple techniques to spark your creativity\, all within a friendly and supportive space. No experience is needed — just bring yourself and an openness to try something new. Participants will also have the exciting opportunity to have their work featured in our Carers Week exhibition in June\, shining a light on the  \neveryday kindness that carers bring to the world. Come along\, share your voice\, and enjoy a creative moment just for you. We’d love to see what you create. \n
