DESCRIPTION:If you look after someone else\, it can be hard to look after you. That’s why we’re making life just a little bit easier. \nIf you are a Salford carer\, you can pop into Pendleton Gateway and get a mini health check this Carers Week. \nIn just 5 minutes you can get your BMI* and blood pressure checked by the Salford Health Improvement Team. All the results are confidential and will be explained during the check. Grab some health and wellbeing leaflets whilst you’re there too. There’s no need to book\, just turn up. \nIf you would like to book a full health check you can visit this website\, or book one in on the day. \n*Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure that uses your height and weight to work out if your weight is healthy.
