DESCRIPTION:Join our course starting on Friday 22nd November 2024.\nDuring the FREE course of 6 sessions\, you can learn how to make a difference to your life. \nWith the help of linked resources and support by a friendly teacher/ trainer at each session\, you will learn how to improve how you feel when you are feeling low or stressed\, and discover how to tackle your problems in life.
