DESCRIPTION:Finding life a lot? Join our weekly sessions exploring caring and mental health. We will be looking at strategies to help you look after yourself\, or to support someone you care for. \nThe course will provide a safe and welcoming environment\, giving lots of information and allowing you to connect with other carers\, as well as finding out about services and support in Salford. We’re in your corner. \nTo book call 0161 834 6069 or email salford.carers@gaddum.org.uk. \nThe sessions run for three weeks on a Thursday on 4\, 11 and 18 May. The first session is at Langworthy Cornerstone\, and the rest will be at Rainbow Rooms in Salford.
